Police officers that tamper with evidence and lie to the court to secure convictions should be immediately terminated and incarcerated with the people they victimized, as this is the most horrendous corruption of our legal system imaginable. When this happens, you are living in a Police State.
When police lie to the court and tamper with evidence, anyone can be convicted of anything and/or arrested without cause. The officer may even get bonus money in the form of overtime pay when they go to court, while the victims miss work and go broke defending themselves.
10 year veteran of the Wingham Police force Constable Kevin MacAdam is being added to the WFP Hall Of Shame for his role in the August Atrocities, reasons and evidence will be detailed below.
Last July a small group of Citizens got together in Wingham to plan and attempt to start restoring our Rights that were stripped away by Neil Vincent’s regime and his 30.1 of the Procedural By-Law and the Hometown Security Act. This ultimately led to the arrest of 2 people, and the expulsion of another at the 22Aug2016 North Huron council meeting without cause.
At the 22Aug2016 NH council meeting Reeve Neil Vincent ordered Kathy Adams to call the police. Click here to watch the video on YouTube. You will notice there was no breach of the peace, and no one was asked to leave. The video is only 30 seconds long before Town Hall shuts down their video feed, so take the time and view the video as it shows exactly what happened leading up to the police call, and is just before the start of the collusion and lies.
Officer MacAdam’s testimony is that North Huron Clerk Kathy Adams claimed people were refusing to leave the council meeting, and that was the reason he was there. This claim is inconsistent with their own video evidence and is clearly a fabrication by either the officer or Kathy Adams.
The officer’s body camera footage would clearly show who is telling the truth. Did Kathy Adams really lie to the police, or did the officer fabricate that too? The night of the arrest the officer clearly indicates he is recording the arrest and states “You are not going to get it on video”.
A request for the body camera video was made and Chief Tim Poole stated ‘I’m not going to lie to you, he turned his camera off just before he went in’. On the stand MacAdams states he didn’t turn on his camera for his shift, and there was no body camera footage. Clearly someone is lying and/or deleted evidence.
Under oath officer Kevin MacAdam stated to the Court that he spoke with Reeve Vincent at the front of the room, and claimed Vincent stated people were refusing to leave. This is inconsistent with two videos provided by Wingham Copwatch and other witnesses statements. This did not happen and clearly was a fabrication to “prove” the three were asked to leave in an attempt to secure the conviction. MacAdams claimed this twice on the stand. There is little doubt Officer Kevin MacAdams belongs in the Hall Of Shame. For your own safety, video record all interactions with the Wingham Police.
