(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 33-year-old female after police investigated an incident at a Church Street East, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, August 20, 2017, at approximately 12:08 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle at a Church Street East address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 33-year-old Ashley Dawn BURT, of Kitchener, Ontario with care or control while impaired, care or control over 80mgs, novice driver-blood alcohol concentration above zero and driver motor vehicle on a highway while using a hand-held wireless communication device.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
