(Adelaide-Metcalfe, ON) – On February 16, 2021 at 7:44 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police responded to the complaint of a motor vehicle stuck in the ditch on Coldstream Road, just east of Petty Street, Adelaide-Metcalfe Township.
Police have charged Marshall VINTER, 23-year-old of Chatham with:
- Operation while Impaired – Alcohol, as per section 320.14(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus) as per section 320.14(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor as per section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in an Ontario Court of Justice on April 8, 2021 to speak to the charges.
